Day-by-Day Challenge Breakdown

Day 1: Kickstart Your Morning

Mini Workout:

  • 30 seconds of jumping jacks
  • 30 seconds of squats
  • 30 seconds of push-ups (knee or full)
  • 30 seconds of planks
  • Repeat 3 times.

Focus: Reflect on your “why” and set an intention for the week.

Day 2: Core Confidence

Mini Workout:

  • 30 seconds of bicycle crunches
  • 30 seconds of mountain climbers
  • 30 seconds of leg raises
  • 30 seconds of planks with shoulder taps
  • Repeat 3 times.

Focus: Hydration! Aim for at least 8 glasses of water today.

Day 3: Lower Body Boost

Mini Workout:

  • 30 seconds of lunges (each leg)
  • 30 seconds of wall sits
  • 30 seconds of donkey kicks (each leg)
  • 30 seconds of bridges
  • Repeat 3 times.

Focus: Write down one thing you’re proud of yourself for.

Day 4: Upper Body Power

Mini Workout:

  • 30 seconds of push-ups
  • 30 seconds of tricep dips (use a chair)
  • 30 seconds of shoulder taps30 seconds of arm circles
  • Repeat 3 times.

Focus: Treat yourself to a healthy snack like Greek yogurt with fruit.

Day 5: Cardio Kick

Mini Workout:

  • 30 seconds of high knees
  • 30 seconds of butt kicks
  • 30 seconds of jump squats
  • 30 seconds of burpees
  • Repeat 3 times.

Focus: Take a moment to celebrate how far you’ve come.

Day 6: Stretch & Strengthen

Mini Workout:

  • 30 seconds of cat-cow stretches
  • 30 seconds of downward dog
  • 30 seconds of child’s pose
  • 30 seconds of cobra stretch
  • Repeat 3 times.

Focus: Enjoy a 5-minute mindfulness or breathing exercise.

Day 7: Full-Body Burn

Mini Workout:

  • 30 seconds of jumping jacks
  • 30 seconds of burpees
  • 30 seconds of planks
  • 30 seconds of push-ups
  • Repeat 3 times.
